Leckhampton Autocentre is an independent garage at Unit 2 Churchill Road, Cheltenham GL53 7EG. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website and when you contact us about our services.

We collect information you give us directly, when you:

• Send an enquiry through our website. Our form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number and what you need, with optional fields for your car registration and a message.
• Email or phone us. We keep the details you share, such as your name, contact details and information about your vehicle.
• Book online. Online bookings are taken through a separate booking system, which collects the details it needs to confirm your appointment.

When you visit the website, the services that host it and the content embedded in it (see Cookies and embedded content) also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type.

03How we use your information

We only use your information where we need it to deliver our services or to meet our legal obligations:

05How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period we're required to keep records for legal, accounting or tax reasons. After that, it is securely deleted.
